In order to improve the legal awareness of the company’s employees and reduce the legal risks in business activities, our company’s legal department conducted a lively and practical legal training course for more than 80 employees at 17:00 on November 22nd.
Keynote speaker Li Jing specified ” Common knowledge of contract law and contract risk prevention ” as the topic, and communicated well with everyone from different legal aspects, including basic legal knowledge, contract law, main contract terms, contract risk prevention, statute of limitations, evidence types and evidence collection. Meanwhile, a large number of practical cases and jurisprudence have been explained as supplements to make it easier for employees to understand.
The entire training process is tense and lively, and enthusiasm for staff participation is high. The employees not only conducted in-depth understanding and learning of the training content, but also carried out researches on the legal issues from actual cases based on the current situation of the company.
After the training, the employees took the legal knowledge examination on this training,The design of the examination questions is novel and close to the actual situation. By answering the questions, everyone has a further understanding of the training content.
Through the training, everyone felt deeply benefited. Not only did the employees have a clearer understanding of the legal risk prevention on companies operating, but also integrated their own lives and work. At the same time, they also enhanced the thoughts and techniques about evidence collection, contract management, risk prevention and dispute resolution.
