1994 is the key year of China’s promotion of the reform of establishing the socialist market economy system. It is also an important year of China’s starting the deep-level reform in an all-round way. In that year, I was born and started to grow up.
The tide of the era constantly runs forward, from the traditional medicine circulation model to the modern logistics and strong e-commerce, from working for the Healthy China Program enthusiastically to fully guaranteeing the drug demand for the epidemic, I accomplished many great results. After 26 years of hard work, now I look back at my footprints behind me, and my steps are hard but steady. From being unknown to start to develop and get recognized, I have experienced transformations again and again. I am brave enough to think differently, to do different things and to innovate, and to be down-to-earth and steady, firmly rooting in the hot land of Liaoning.
In order to improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises at the same time, to strictly control the quality of drugs is the business principle I always follow. In 2003, I broke a technical barrier of drug market access – got the national GSP certification. In the following years, I got the GSP reexamination certification and the new GSP on-site certification in a row, standardized the drug business activities according to relevant laws, and taken strict measures to ensure the quality and safety of drugs.
With the continuous improvement of the supply system and mechanism of the national pharmaceutical market, I am now having greater opportunities and challenges. I began to improve my internal skills and external reputation, explore new market demands and new businesses, constantly improve the service level and comprehensive strength, and try my best to build myself into a dynamic modern drug circulation enterprise. I got qualification certificates of medical devices, cosmetics, food business license and Internet drug information service, which increases cosmetology my new retail business model and I began to work in the field of medical beauty and e-commerce and began in-depth exploration. In 2016, my Intelligent Logistics Center settled in the GLP logistics park, Hunnan District, Shenyang City, with a storage area of 12000 square meters, increasing to 18000 square meters by 2019. The system of drug storage, quality management and transportation (including cold chain transportation) in the center is complete and mature. SAP, TIM, TMS, WMS and other information systems are used interactively in the park area, and intelligent AGV forklift truck operates accurately. Meanwhile, I have established a stable cooperative relationship with many third-party logistics enterprises. My pharmaceutical distribution ability has been greatly improved, and the distribution has been continuously accelerated, realizing the full line distribution to the market of Liaoning Province, truly achieving the “pharmaceutical special vehicle, arriving safely and directly, customized”, and opening up the “last kilometer” service.
2018 is a crucial year for me. In 2018, I was honored to be a member of the family of SHANGHAI PHARMA. As an important fulcrum of SHANGHAI PHARMA platform construction in Liaoning Province, I began to expand my business, strengthen my force, and accelerate the development towards diversified business forms and enterprise scale collectivization. If you are enterprising, you will be successful. With efforts, I have established a drug supply network with Liaoning Province as the center, improving the three northeastern provinces and regions, guided by national policies, strengthened cooperation with governments and medical institutions, acquired and reorganized the local pharmaceutical commercial companies with strength in Liaoning Province, expanded the coverage and arrangements, extended the terminal market, which rapidly expanded the scale of the company. With the implementation of the Health China strategy, the drug use level of urban and rural residents has been continuously improved. In order to meet the market demand, I always take “committed to improving the quality of people’s healthy life” as my mission, and arrange the construction of DTP pharmacy in Shenyang and other regions of Liaoning Province, while providing complete supply chain extension services for medical institutions in order to ensure that people use the safest drug at the most preferential price, and I play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the supply of drugs and serving for the health of the people in Liaoning and even the three eastern provinces.
If you work hard, you will harvest. Up to now, we have served 922 recognized hospitals, 2777 primary medical and other medical institutions and 1471 retail terminals. In terms of the international market, we have established continuous and stable business relations with more than 100 customers in more than 20 countries and regions. The sales volume in 2019 has achieved a leap forward growth of 317% compared with that in 2010. These great achievements are inseparable from the efforts and hard work of each one of us.
Years of hard works have won recognition by the government, partners and customers for me. “2015 top 100 pharmaceutical business”, “Liaoning Province business circulation honest operation demonstration enterprise”, “national honesty demonstration company”, “Outstanding contribution enterprise”, “Liaoning Province pharmaceutical circulation industry health service excellent enterprise”, “Excellent partner”, “Best sales award”, “Advanced team award” and other honors are coming one after another. Behind each trust and honor, there are countless persistence and contribution. I am inspired by every honor to keep on developing and marching on.
At the beginning of 2020, a sudden epidemic hit the whole country, but I never afraid, never flinched, but stood up. “Life is more heavy than Mount Tai, the epidemic is command, prevention and control is responsibility” — General Secretary Xi Jinping’s words always guided me to devote all my efforts to the epidemic prevention and control work. For all the dynamic monitoring, checking and inspection, early warning, temperature measurement, registration, disinfection, dining at different times or epidemic prevention material supply, I don’t miss any details, and I just want to give my employees the most reliable support and the most secure guarantee. In addition to making sure of the drug supply of people and medical institutions, I actively fulfill my social responsibilities, donate medical materials urgently needed for epidemic prevention, purchase epidemic prevention materials for my community, and show my patriotism with practical actions.
On June 3rd, I received a Thank you Letter from the general headquarters office of preventing and controlling COVID-19 and developing economy of Liaoning province. Our good deeds and contributions in the prevention and control of epidemic have been fully recognized by the provincial command. This has strengthened my confidence and determination to serve the people and benefit the society.
I always remember my responsibility and mission as a pharmaceutical enterprise. “To bring health and happiness to people, bring super value to customers and partners, and provide employees with a platform to realize their own values” is my original intention; “to help Healthy China, to become the industry’s leader and promote the balanced development of pharmaceutical trade industry” is my inexhaustible driving force for my development. We are like the roc fanning its wings, not afraid of the long road ahead and like sailors hoisting the sail, taking advantage of the strong wind. In the future, I will, as always, follow the leadership of the party, make my management fine, optimize my service, solidly promote the development strategy of the next three years, lead my staff to draw a blueprint of our new era together, and win glory for Liaoning Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corporation with practical actions!
