LIAONING PHARM CARRIED OUT SPECIAL TRAINING ON LEGAL KNOWLEDGE IN 2022

In order to further enhance the legal risk prevention awareness of all employees and improve the level of compliance management, on the afternoon of July 11, the legal Department of our company launched a legal knowledge seminar for all employees, with a total of 354 people participating in training online and offline. The whole training was divided into five topics. Under the vivid explanation of five lecturers, the blunt legal provisions became easy to understand and were well received by the participants.

At the meeting, the five lecturers explained the system regulations, legal provisions, risks and problems in terms of commercial bribery, acceptance, contract termination, litigation evidence and limitation of action, based on examples and cases. and how to effectively prevent legal risks in the process of implementing the contract, but also focuses on the importance of raising legal awareness during the work.

An interactive question and answer session was set up at the training site, and lecturers asked questions on the actual contract signing, contract performance, liability for breach of contract, etc., and answered them patiently.

Through this training, it not only deepens employees’ understanding of legal knowledge in business links, but also helps people improve their ability to pay attention to risks, prevent risks and control risks in practical work. It also lays a solid foundation for the company to carry out work in accordance with the law, compliance and efficiency.
